Cherry tomatoes are pretty cool little round bulbs, but often I buy them not so plump and red! The supermarkets do not do justice to the potential of these beautiful little fruits! So my solution is simple, if your tomatoes are not ripe, store them in a dark cupboard, you will see that the darkness will allow them to bloom into their destiny. Once nice and ripe, if you leave a stem on they will last a while longer.
