🍺Beer Bread🍞

Cooking time 1 hour

Serves 1 Loaf

Very easy vegan friendly recipe!

Ingredients

3 cups of white flour (you can do 2 cups of white flour and 1 cup of other flour of your choice)

1 tbsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 cup of melted vegan butter ( or use normal butter if that's what you have in your fridge)

350 ml of Beer of your choice this can be done with non - alcoholic beer if you prefer

Preheat oven at 190°C.


Next

Mix each of the following ingredients one by one

First add the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.

Once the beer has been added, make sure not to over mix your batter.

You want to stir it just enough to mix all ingredients but still keep the air bubbles from the beer, because this recipe has no added yeast, the bubbles will help rise your dough.


Bake

Pour the batter in the bread loaf pan and place your bread in the oven to cook for 50 minutes.


Alternative options

🍞You can add seeds to your bread

🍞Make it with whole wheat

🍞Add cinnamon /raisins/apples /orange/lemon rinds to make it a sweet bread!
