🧄Tomato & Garlic Salad🍅

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves 3-4 people

❤️Vegan Delicious Recipe

Ingredients (Mix the ingredients together as you go)


9 Cherry Tomatoes halved

7 ripe Tomatoes diced very tiny ( if tomatoes are not very ripe I keep mine in a dark cupboard so they rippen faster)

1 échalote or small Red onion thinly sliced, the thinner the better

1 large Garlic Clove crushed

1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp of Soy sauce

1 Juice from one Lemon

1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

1 pinch of Salt

2 tbsp of Olive oil

A pinch of Cinnamon

A pinch of Pepper

A pinch of Chili

2 tbsp of Olive oil

A pinch of Cumin spice

A pinch Coriander spice

Fresh chopped coriandre one handful


Alternative options :

🥒 1 Diced Cucumber

🌱A handful of Chopped Parsley, Dill, Basil, Mint...
