Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time 3 minutes per pancake
Serves up to 8 pancakes but this really depends on how much batter you decide to fry up!
First get yourself
đ„A big bowl
đ„A whisk
đ„A frying pan
Mix together these ingredients in the following order...
đ»2 tbsp of oil of your choice I use sunflower oil or melted coconut oil
đŹ3 tbsp brown sugar ( can be left out if you don't want it sugar free)
đ„1 cup of plant based milk add đ1 lemon juiced (this will create buttermilk which will replace the egg and wait till the liquide curdles)
Whisk the Above ingredients and then add the Below ingredients.
đŒ1.5 cups of flour (mix into the flour) 1 tbsp of baking powder.
Whisk everything together till no lumps appear.
Splash into the final mixture 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp of oil in it.
I usually start at the highest temperature and gradually lower the temperature down to medium heat.
Do not worry if the first pancake is a disaster, the heat adjustment is always the biggest challenge in making pancakes!
If you wish to make more just double up the quantities!
