🥞Vegan Pancakes🥞

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time 3 minutes per pancake


Serves up to 8 pancakes but this really depends on how much batter you decide to fry up!

First get yourself


🥞A big bowl

🥞A whisk

🥞A frying pan


Mix together these ingredients in the following order...


🌻2 tbsp of oil of your choice I use sunflower oil or melted coconut oil

🍬3 tbsp brown sugar ( can be left out if you don't want it sugar free)

🥛1 cup of plant based milk add 🍋1 lemon juiced (this will create buttermilk which will replace the egg and wait till the liquide curdles)


Whisk the Above ingredients and then add the Below ingredients.


🌼1.5 cups of flour (mix into the flour) 1 tbsp of baking powder.


Whisk everything together till no lumps appear.


Splash into the final mixture 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp of oil in it.


I usually start at the highest temperature and gradually lower the temperature down to medium heat.


Do not worry if the first pancake is a disaster, the heat adjustment is always the biggest challenge in making pancakes!


If you wish to make more just double up the quantities!
